healing for dog in heart failure

my dog has been “medically ” diagnosed with being in heart failure at 3 years old.
I rescued her at 6 months from real neglect and discovered she had a grade 5 heart murmur
with love she has been fine for 2 and a half years , but 3 weeks ago she started to be unwell with what appeared to be a cough.
the medicals have said that the ultrasound shows heart degeneration, with her heart not pumping and filling up with blood and fluid , backing the fluid up into her lung. the cough appearing to be a collapsed misshapen trachea.
she is on meds for all of the issues to get the heart pumping and the fluid out of the lung and any immflamation away from the trachea .
they have said this is temporary as she is in heart failure and only months at best to lice.
I know in my heart this bundle of joy can be healed.
