Bank Details Changed

Good afternoon, I have been a subscriber to Infinity App for at least 4 years. This month my bank card was changed and I had to change the details to pay my subscription. I attempted to purchase Nest Training but the discount has been removed for Infinity Members.

Please can you sort this out as I did not stop my subscription just the bank details.
