Aplication problems

Hello, 

I am an Infinity member for a few months, and i am paying and using the maditation library, never loged out.

if I go to the link sent by you on my email (Barbara sent me), it tells me that I am already logged in as a member.(check at the print screen i sent you).  It is possible that you verified another email address of mine and not this one.  I already made the payment and used the meditations until last week, when I made the payment again and it got blocked.  

I also uninstalled the application and logged in again

Please transfer the money back to my account, so that I can make the payment again.
