You have direct access to all the love, power, wisdom and knowledge to heal your body, mind and soul.
Self-healing works best when you leave your ego aside and step into the vibration of your pure soul. You also let go of attachments or fears about illness or whether healing is working.
Be 100 per cent committed and ready to be healed. This creates the space for self-healing.
Allow yourself to be open to the possibility of being healed. Know that your body heals itself. Also, be open to the fact that you can instantly heal your life.
STEP 1: LOOK AFTER YOURSELF
Eat well and exercise regularly. Your body needs vitamins, minerals, and proper nutrition to function at its best. Eat green, leafy vegetables, fruit, whole grains and lean meats. Focus on nutritious sources of protein, carbohydrates, fats, and fibre. Drink at least eight glasses of water daily. Make sure you eat at least 40 grams of fibre every day. Avoid processed food, excess salt, empty calories, and fast food. It is vital that you get enough sleep as this is the time when your body naturally heals and regenerates itself.
Practice tuning into your body when you exercise. Develop a varied exercise routine that may include yoga, running, working out in the gym, Tai Chi, etc. Listen to your body and pay attention to the physical and emotional sensations your body communicates to you. Then tune in and find out what is happening to cause any feelings of pain, tightness, nausea or dizziness.
Tune into your own energy. Use your thoughts and emotions to change the frequency and flow of your energy. You want the channel of pure love. It is like switching channels with a remote control from a dark violent horror movie to a light-hearted romantic comedy that uplifts you.
STEP 2: LOVE YOURSELF UNCONDITIONALLY
Be compassionate and value the body and mind that needs healing. Enjoy taking care of yourself. Know that you are worth it. Have positive affirmations such as “I love myself unconditionally” or “I am divinity experiencing humanity” for when you wake up, during the day, and at night. The trick is to maintain a stream of consciousness throughout the day and night that loves and accepts all of who you are.
Adopt an attitude of gratitude. Adopt the mantra “Thank you for this precious human life.” Or any that suit you. Every day you are alive is cause to celebrate. Be thankful every time your needs are met, another person shows kindness, or you are able to learn, do, or participate in an enjoyable activity. This positive feeling of gratitude can encourage your self-healing process.
STEP 3: BELIEVE YOU CAN HEAL YOURSELF
Your DNA is programmed to know what to do when you become ill or injured. Understand how your body knows how to repair a cut without any conscious effort from you. Things can malfunction if your self-repair mechanisms don’t work right. You can help your body heal by keeping your body relaxed and calm as often as possible. Focus on healing what needs repairing and know it is possible. Your body will respond.
Your mind can heal your body. This is true even when you receive no real treatment or medication. In clinical trials, up to 80% of patients treated with false medications and surgeries found that their symptoms vanish as if they had the treatment. This is known as the placebo effect. Know you can heal you completely and limitlessly with nourishing love.
STEP 4: HEAL WITH BREATHING & MEDITATION.
Meditation can help the body relax, reduce stress and encourage regeneration. Meditating positively modifies our responses to stress and encourages a healthy neurotransmitter balance in the brain. Focussing on the breath is focussing on the prana or life force energy that heals and recharges your body.
Without changing the rhythm of your breathing focus on the flow of your breath in and out. A good way to do this is to focus on the sensation of the breath at the tips of your nostrils when you breathe in and out. Count these breaths. This helps you to tune into the present moment and stops the never-ending thoughts you may normally experience.
STEP 5: BE A MASTER OF YOUR OWN ENERGY.
It is important for you to feel, know and move your energy. We all have an energy body that is as real and tangible as your physical body if you tune into it enough. Begin by holding your hands with palms together in front of you and rub them together. Do this rapidly for about sixty seconds. Let your hands feel warm from the friction. Smile from your heart and you will rapidly switch your mood to higher vibrations of love.
Awaken your lightbody with your intention to feel and to heal. Hold your hands eight inches away from each other with palms facing each other. Feel your energy flow through your hands. Your intention and awareness amplify this feeling. Feel love in your heart as you do this. Then close your eyes. Then move the energy up and down your arms and through your entire body.
Move that energy to any part of your body you may feel some stress or illness in. Keep it there knowing you are sending it love and healing. Picture the energy in whatever way feels right for you. You can picture your energy as a white light or just feel it. Play with this like you are a child again. Smile while doing it.
Call your energy to different parts of your body. Notice how it feels as it reaches different places. This energy can help those areas that usually bring you pain. Notice the energy relaxing your body. Thank your body for being able to awaken to this awareness and healing. Do this for five minutes to bring a state of joy and peace that was not possible minutes earlier.

We firmly believe that the internet should be available and accessible to anyone, and are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstance and ability.
To fulfill this, we aim to adhere as strictly as possible to the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities. Complying with those guidelines helps us ensure that the website is accessible to all people: blind people, people with motor impairments, visual impairment, cognitive disabilities, and more.
This website utilizes various technologies that are meant to make it as accessible as possible at all times. We utilize an accessibility interface that allows persons with specific disabilities to adjust the website’s UI (user interface) and design it to their personal needs.
Additionally, the website utilizes an AI-based application that runs in the background and optimizes its accessibility level constantly. This application remediates the website’s HTML, adapts Its functionality and behavior for screen-readers used by the blind users, and for keyboard functions used by individuals with motor impairments.
If you’ve found a malfunction or have ideas for improvement, we’ll be happy to hear from you. You can reach out to the website’s operators by using the following email
Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively. Here’s how our website covers some of the most important screen-reader requirements, alongside console screenshots of code examples:
Screen-reader optimization: we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website. In this process, we provide screen-readers with meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes. For example, we provide accurate form labels; descriptions for actionable icons (social media icons, search icons, cart icons, etc.); validation guidance for form inputs; element roles such as buttons, menus, modal dialogues (popups), and others. Additionally, the background process scans all the website’s images and provides an accurate and meaningful image-object-recognition-based description as an ALT (alternate text) tag for images that are not described. It will also extract texts that are embedded within the image, using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology. To turn on screen-reader adjustments at any time, users need only to press the Alt+1 keyboard combination. Screen-reader users also get automatic announcements to turn the Screen-reader mode on as soon as they enter the website.
These adjustments are compatible with all popular screen readers, including JAWS and NVDA.
Keyboard navigation optimization: The background process also adjusts the website’s HTML, and adds various behaviors using JavaScript code to make the website operable by the keyboard. This includes the ability to navigate the website using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys, operate dropdowns with the arrow keys, close them with Esc, trigger buttons and links using the Enter key, navigate between radio and checkbox elements using the arrow keys, and fill them in with the Spacebar or Enter key.Additionally, keyboard users will find quick-navigation and content-skip menus, available at any time by clicking Alt+1, or as the first elements of the site while navigating with the keyboard. The background process also handles triggered popups by moving the keyboard focus towards them as soon as they appear, and not allow the focus drift outside it.
Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements.
We aim to support the widest array of browsers and assistive technologies as possible, so our users can choose the best fitting tools for them, with as few limitations as possible. Therefore, we have worked very hard to be able to support all major systems that comprise over 95% of the user market share including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera and Microsoft Edge, JAWS and NVDA (screen readers).
Despite our very best efforts to allow anybody to adjust the website to their needs. There may still be pages or sections that are not fully accessible, are in the process of becoming accessible, or are lacking an adequate technological solution to make them accessible. Still, we are continually improving our accessibility, adding, updating and improving its options and features, and developing and adopting new technologies. All this is meant to reach the optimal level of accessibility, following technological advancements. For any assistance, please reach out to
