DEEP IN SPACE DIETA

DEEP IN SPACE DIETA

We recommend you start this 7 days before the Retreat begins.

The Ayahuasca dieta is a set of guidelines for physical and psychological preparation. It is not only about avoiding certain foods, it is about discipline, sacrifice, and commitment – to yourself and your personal healing journey.

Following the dieta helps cleanse the body and the spirit so the plant medicine can work most effectively.

We recommended following for at least 7 days before the ceremony, more if you can.

The dieta helps you stick to clean, nutrient-dense, non-processed foods and drinks. Don’t worry if you cannot be completely strict with your dieta, it is very personal how far you can go, however, we do recommend following it as much as you can.

We know that life happens! Do your best, and Grandmother/Mother Aya will meet you exactly where you are. She will ‘read’ you and give you exactly what you need. You are in good hands!

Remember please do not take any recreational drugs 7 days before the Retreat.
